My apology to Gary Herfel and his clients
Mood:  loud
Gary Herfel demanded an retraction for statements I made on my website about him and his client. After long and careful consideration, I have decide to give him the "appropriate" response to his demand. This is for Gary Herfel's and his clients purview only. If you are not Gary Herfel or a Finke, please do not click on the link, because the communications is meant solely for him and his clients Finke Homes, Inc. My reponse to Gary Herfel's demand

Gary Herfel is an asshole. Nothing he does surprises me. Lying in a court motion is standard practice with lawyers in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Boone County Circuit Court has an aversion to following the law. Protecting citizens from crooked businesses is a concept that politicians and judges have no financial interest in. They benefit from these types of abuses. Identity theft is the fastest growing crime in Kentucky and the largest concerns of Kentucky citizens based on recent report of the Kentucky County Attorneys Association, yet the lawmakers in this state and the courts have done nothing to protect the citizens of the Commonwealth. Show me a single case that any County Attorney has brought against a business that has demanded a Social Security Number in violation of the law. Show me a single case brought by a Kentucky County Attorney against a company that failed to protect the privacy of a citizen of this state. Show me an example to a Kentucky County Attorney that came to a single Kentucky citizen’s aid when a company demanded a Social Security Number as a condition to provide a service or product. Show me an example of State agencies that have been charged with the violation of the Privacy Act of 1974. They just don't care. Their being bought off by the powerful dollars of the business interest. There are no lobbing interests or PAC's of consumer interest paying off the politicians. So the consumer is the one that gets screwed and business profit on lack of consumer rights and protections, and the politicians get paid off to do nothing to hurt the status quo.
