Finke Homes, Inc. are polluters

and they are a

Environmental Disaster

Finke Homes, Inc. is an environmental polluter. George Finke and his company disregard of the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and as a result the Division of Water to issue the following notices of violations.

Inspection Report May 20, 1999

Inspection Report May 28, 1999

Inspection Report August 3, 1999

Inspection Report October 1999

After they sold the lots to Ryland Homes, Ryland Homes was cited by the Environmental Protection Agency. Of course Ryland blamed Finke Homes and Finke Homes blamed Ryland Homes. Of course Finke Homes blames everyone else because they will never own up to anything. They think they are not accountable to anyone for anything.

Here is the EPA’s documentation.

As I promised, here is the additional documentation that illustrates Finke Homes, Inc.'s blatant disregard to the laws of the Commonwealth. Unlike the liars at Finke Homes, Inc. I keep my promises. This documentation shows that over and over again Finke Homes was repeatedly cited and they made no effort to comply with the law. Eventually, the Division of Water ordered Finke Homes to pay a civil penalty for their non-compliance. However, even after Finke Homes paid the penalty they continued their flagrant disregard for the laws of the Commonwealth. Even today, as they complete the Deep Creek Phase at Pebble Creek; they are again in violation of the same laws. Either they are too stupid to figure out their obligations under the law or they just willfully disregard the law thinking they are above the law and are not accountable for anything they do. What a worthless and despicable company they are.
